Welcome to House of Livora (“HoL”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a multi-brand fashion and lifestyle platform operated under the trade name House of Livora (HoL) by AGiC Solution.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of houseoflivora.com, including browsing, account creation, purchases and other services offered through the website.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced herein.
1. About House of Livora
House of Livora is a curated multi-brand online marketplace that facilitates the discovery and purchase of fashion, accessories, lifestyle and related products offered by independent partner brands and sellers.
Products displayed on HoL may be supplied and fulfilled directly by the respective partner brand/seller.
HoL does not ordinarily hold physical inventory of partner-brand products.
Partner brands are responsible for maintaining their inventory, supplying accurate product information and fulfilling orders allocated to them.
2. Product Information
Product descriptions, specifications, composition, sizing, care instructions, images, MRP, country of origin and other product-specific information may be supplied by the respective partner brand/seller.
Partner brands are required to provide accurate information regarding their products.
HoL may review information submitted by brands before listing; however, such review should not be interpreted as independent laboratory testing, certification or authentication unless expressly stated.
Actual product colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting and differences in device displays.
Material differences between the product received and its advertised or agreed characteristics will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
3. Size Information
Size charts and the HoL size recommendation/calculator are provided as guidance to assist customers in selecting a size.
Fit may vary between brands, designs, fabrics and individual body types.
Customers should review the applicable product size chart before ordering.
The size recommendation tool does not constitute a guarantee of fit.
Where an incorrect size/variant is supplied by the seller, or the product materially differs from the published sizing information, the customer may report the issue under our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on HoL are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.
Product MRP and pricing information are primarily determined/provided by the respective partner brand.
The price payable by the customer will be displayed before order confirmation together with applicable charges and taxes as required.
HoL reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. Where such an error materially affects an order already placed, the customer will be contacted and provided an appropriate resolution.
5. Orders
An order is considered placed once the checkout process has been successfully completed and payment has been authorised.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that every item has been dispatched.
Orders remain subject to product availability, seller confirmation and successful payment verification.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, HoL may cancel the affected item/order and initiate a refund to the original payment method.
6. Multi-Brand Orders
An order containing products from different partner brands may be processed and shipped separately.
Customers may therefore receive:
- multiple packages;
- different tracking numbers; and/or
- deliveries on different dates.
There is no additional shipping charge solely because an order is delivered in multiple packages.
7. Payments
HoL currently accepts prepaid online payments through supported payment methods made available through Razorpay, including eligible:
- UPI;
- credit cards;
- debit cards;
- net banking; and
- wallets.
Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
Payment options actually available may depend upon the payment service provider, bank, issuer and transaction.
8. Shipping
HoL currently ships within India.
Shipping is currently provided free of charge to customers unless a different charge is clearly disclosed before checkout.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 4–6 working days after dispatch.
These timelines are estimates rather than absolute guarantees and may be affected by seller processing, destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, force majeure or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
9. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the applicable item/order has been dispatched.
Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled and must be handled in accordance with the applicable return/refund rights.
HoL does not currently impose a cancellation fee on eligible customer cancellations.
10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
HoL does not offer general change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
An eligible product issue may include, among other applicable circumstances:
- defective product;
- damaged product;
- incorrect product supplied;
- incorrect size/variant supplied by the seller;
- missing product/component;
- spurious product;
- product materially different from its description, characteristics or features as advertised/agreed; or
- another situation for which a return/refund is required under applicable law.
Eligible issues should generally be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Nothing in this policy limits rights available to consumers under applicable law. Under India's e-commerce rules, sellers cannot refuse applicable take-back/refund remedies where goods are defective, deficient, spurious, not as advertised/agreed, or delivered late subject to the force-majeure exception for late delivery.
11. Accounts
Customers may purchase through guest checkout where available or create an HoL account.
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate information.
12. Minors
Products may be purchased for children; however, where a person is legally incapable of entering into a binding contract independently, use of purchasing/account functions should be undertaken through or with the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian as applicable.
13. Intellectual Property
The House of Livora name, HoL branding, website design, original graphics, editorial material and other HoL-owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, product photographs, brand names and other seller-provided intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners/licensors.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.
14. Prohibited Use
Users must not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, attempted unauthorised access, interference with website functionality, misuse of another person's information, infringement of intellectual property or other conduct prohibited by law.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, HoL will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law, disputes concerning HoL may be subject to competent courts/authorities having jurisdiction, including as applicable at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
