Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
Payment Security
Payment credentials are processed through the applicable payment infrastructure/payment service provider.
HoL should not represent that it stores complete card credentials unless its actual technical implementation does so.
Failed Payments
If money appears to have been debited but HoL does not confirm your order, contact:
Please provide your payment/order reference. Do not send full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.
Refunds
Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method.
HoL targets processing eligible approved refunds within approximately 10–12 business days, subject to applicable payment-provider/banking processing.
