Multi-Brand Orders
HoL is a multi-brand marketplace.
If you purchase items belonging to different brands, each brand may fulfil its portion of the order separately.
You may therefore receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers.

HoL and its partner brands may use different logistics providers depending upon:
- delivery PIN code;
- serviceability;
- seller location;
- product;
- courier availability; and
- seller/logistics preference.
